TED HELLMUTH
Founder and Managing Director
As the Founder & GM of IQ Clarity, Ted is continuously seeking to disrupt the technology recruiting industry. He has over fifteen years of experience helping Colorado companies find solutions to their most complex technology and talent acquisition initiatives. Prior to starting IQ Clarity, he was a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Comcast / NBCUniversal. He also spent more than a decade with one of the world’s largest staffing firms. Ted received a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Colorado at Boulder and his MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. While he is not scouring the web for top engineering talent, Ted enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and three children.
KATIE DOBLE
Vice President, Creative and General Staffing Operations
Katie Doble is an obsessive connector and self-proclaimed friend hoarder. She translated that innate ability to connect and build strong relationships into a successful career as an award-winning headhunter, working for more than 12 years to help Fortune 500 companies and job seekers find one another. She started her career in marketing before getting her start in recruiting working with one of the world’s largest staffing firms focusing on creative and marketing roles. Katie received a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. She lives in Denver with her husband, whom she met after first connecting on LinkedIn, and their dog. Katie and her dog have matching heterochromatic eyes. Katie was the 2021 recipient of First Descents’ Out Living It Award and is a stage 4 cancer survivor.
MIKE KYLE
Director of Business Development, Texas
Mike has spent the last 16 years working for two of the biggest staffing firms in the world where he was consistently a top 5 producer in the technology staffing space. During that time he’s helped hundreds of companies find that hard to find IT Talent. When not working, you can find him taking his wife and 3 kids hunting, fishing and anything else that can be done outdoors.
KEVIN CARTER
Account Manager
Kevin has spent the last 8 years in the recruiting and staffing world, where he has helped countless companies find qualified IT talent. While he was born and raised in California, he currently specializes in Software Development in the Austin, Texas market. When he’s not recruiting, Kevin is a senior writer for an entertainment news website covering TV and film, and he also recently published his first novel. When he’s not doing all of that, he can typically be found traveling with his wife, Jennifer, or working with a non-profit that they support.

Account Manager
Clint brings over a decade of invaluable experience in the staffing and recruiting sector, specializing in fostering genuine partnerships with numerous IT and Engineering firms across the vibrant landscape of the Denver Metro area. His unwavering commitment lies in facilitating seamless project delivery by connecting companies with the precise talent they require to thrive. A proud Colorado native, Clint finds solace and joy outside the professional realm by immersing himself in the beauty of nature alongside his cherished family. An avid outdoorsman, he savors moments spent hiking, paddleboarding, camping, and engaging in spirited sports activities with his son.
ROB PRYCHODNIK
Account Manager
Rob has over 20 years of experience in Staffing/Recruiting having spent 16 of those with two of the world’s largest staffing firms. He has won numerous awards, accolades and recognition for his Sales/Recruiting performance. Rob has helped hundreds of companies find the people they need to get the job done! He has helped hundreds more individuals find rewarding careers and productive contract positions. With a background in Sales, Operations and Customer Service he brings a unique approach to understanding his client’s needs. When not working Rob enjoys being outdoors with his wife and 2 dogs, whether traveling, biking, or just spending time near the pool or lake!
KASSIDY FARINA
Manager of Recruiting
Kassidy has been with IQ Clarity since 2018 and successfully worked her way into our Lead Technical Recruiter role. She first discovered recruiting as a Healthcare Recruiter and quickly found her niche in Tech Recruiting. The specialized recruiting she is completing requires in-depth knowledge of the IT sector and the skills to find less-active candidates in the industry as well as the knowledge and genuine interest in her clients and their culture, needs and upcoming projects. Kassidy has her BS from Colorado State University and is a Colorado Native. Outside of work, Kassidy is a frequent concert-goer, a proud dog mom, and spends lots of time with her 2 nieces on the weekends.
SAMANTHA GRASSMICK
Technical Recruiter
Samantha has been recruiting since graduating from Colorado State University’s Business College in 2019. Since then, she has thrived as a top performer and continues to bring success and collaboration to our team. Samantha has been successful in both the Denver and Austin markets for contract and permanent positions. In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her cat and dog, going to concerts, and traveling around Colorado!
ROBBY STEWART
Technical Recruiter
Robby is a strong Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience handling the full life cycle of recruiting and creating meaningful connections with job searchers. He has a vast knowledge of the IT space to pinpoint the perfect candidates to mesh well with the culture and progress of his clients. Robby has his BS from Colorado State University and is a well-seasoned traveler. In his free time Robby enjoys live music, building connections and is eager to learn everything this world has to offer.
EMMA ARMSTRONG
Technical Recruiter
Emma joined IQ Clarity in 2022 after discovering her passion for Technical Recruiting. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Education because it has always been her mission to help others achieve their goals. However, after speaking with a recruiter about an open childcare position, her passion was ignited, and she quickly dove head-first into the world of recruiting. She found her expertise in the IT and Tech field and translated her strong organizational skills with her innate ability to build strong, genuine relationships to quickly become a valuable and collaborative member of the team. Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with her partner and dog, Celia, as well as cooking delicious vegan meals, listening to podcasts, and hiking in the mountains.
LISA LEFEVER
Senior Sourcer
Lisa develops and implements creative strategies to engage with the most sought-after technology expertise in the country. She has helped some of the top engineering teams in Colorado find talent to meet their most specialized needs. Lisa has her BA from the University of Colorado. After a long day digging through Github profiles, she can be found laying out skaters on the roller derby track or playing CS:GO with friends online.

Director of Business Operations
Katie joined IQ Clarity in 2021 and brings over a decade of operations and HR expertise. She has a strong background in multiple industries and brings a creative approach to problem solving and strategic initiatives. In her free time, Katie enjoys relaxing with her husband and 3 dogs, baking sweet treats, and fashion styling and design.
